About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Forensic Analyst to join our Digital Forensics and eDiscovery team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and build a career in digital forensics, electronic discovery, and evidence management within a consulting environment.
The successful candidate will support the team in delivering client engagements while also assisting with project coordination, evidence handling, and operational activities. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administrative aspects of consulting engagements, including project setup, documentation, billing, and engagement tracking.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure project milestones and administrative requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate project records and support engagement management activities.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the firm's internal playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and knowledge base to support operational consistency and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the acquisition and preservation of digital evidence through both on-site and off-site collections.
- Follow established forensic procedures to ensure the integrity and admissibility of digital evidence.
- Maintain proper Chain of Custody documentation throughout the evidence handling process.
- Perform forensic imaging, data acquisition, and preliminary analysis under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Assist in preparing forensic documentation and technical reports.
- Support the deployment and operation of eDiscovery platforms during client engagements.
- Assist in conducting software testing, validation, and quality assurance for forensic and eDiscovery solutions.
- Deliver user orientation and basic training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders on eDiscovery platforms.
- Provide first-level technical support during document review and eDiscovery projects.
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python, SQL, or similar) will be considered an advantage.
- Assist in maintaining the organisation's evidence inventory and tracking systems.
- Ensure proper storage, documentation, and movement of digital evidence.
- Support periodic evidence inventory reconciliation and annual audits.
- Perform data management activities, including evidence offloading, media preparation, backups, and secure data transfers.
- Ensure evidence is handled in accordance with internal procedures and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Forensics, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with relevant internship or work experience in digital forensics, cybersecurity, IT support, or eDiscovery are welcome.

- Willingness to travel within Singapore and overseas for client engagements, on-site evidence collections, and project requirements.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required, to support time-sensitive client engagements, digital evidence collections, or project deadlines.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under tight timelines while maintaining a high standard of work.
The following skills are advantageous but not mandatory:
- Knowledge of digital forensic principles and Chain of Custody procedures.
- Exposure to forensic tools such as Cellebrite, Magnet AXIOM, Oxygen Forensic Detective, EnCase, Autopsy, or FTK.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and document review workflows.
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell, SQL).
- Experience handling digital evidence or supporting forensic investigations.
