Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using current programming languages and frameworks to meet client needs
• Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance to ensure quality delivery
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues promptly to maintain application reliability
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement software enhancements and innovations
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to verify applications meet functional and non-functional requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Rust, .NET, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking applied to technical challenges
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment
