Role Description

This is a full-time, Technical Trainer role based in Petaling Jaya.

The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training programmes that support clients’ business and operational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing training needs, preparing training materials and documentation, and adapting content for different skill levels, conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, evaluating participant performance and feedback, and continuously updating course content to align with evolving technologies and industry standards.

The Technical Trainer will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness and a positive learning experience.

1) Candidates should possess extensive knowledge on at least 1 of the following areas:

• Cloud computing including Microsoft Azure, AWS Cloud and Architecture
• AI & Machine Learning, Big Data
• Cybersecurity.

2) Candidates should possess HRDCorp Accredited Trainer Certificate.

3) Candidates should possess strong Communication skills.

4) Experience designing and delivering instructor-led and blended learning programs.

5) Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical training content.

6) Strong facilitation, presentation, and classroom management skills.

7) Relevant technical certifications or a diploma/degree in IT, engineering, or a related field are an advantage.

8) Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams, with a focus on learner engagement and outcomes.
