1) Able to work in Sri Petaling

2) Working hours: 9.00 A.M. to 6.00 P.M. (Monday to Friday), inclusive of 1 hour lunch break

JOB SUMMARY

As an IT Intern, you will assist the IT Project Manager in handling tasks in relation to the physical hardware and the software application within the IT department. Your primary focus will be supporting daily operations and specific projects as and when assigned to optimize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system and other related systems. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A.  IT Infrastructure & Technical Support

•  Hardware Lifecycle: Assist in the setup, imaging, and deployment of workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc).
•  Network Monitoring: Support the IT team in monitoring LAN/WAN connectivity and troubleshooting basic network issues (patching, Wi-Fi connectivity)
•  User Support: Act as the first point of contact for staff technical issues, documenting tickets in the Help Desk system and resolving software / hardware glitches.
•  Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate log of all IT assets and software licenses. 

B.  System Administration & Security

•  Access Control: Assist in managing user accounts via Active Directory (AD) or cloud identity providers (e.g Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
•  Data Protection: Perform routine checks on system backups nd ensure antivirus definitions are up to date across all endpoints. 

C.  Other Responsibilities

•  Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.
•  Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company, Management, Board, or Reporting Superior.
