  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Tanggungjawab

Ideatect Concept' is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Admin to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales documentation, coordinating project activities, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring administrative tasks and project documentation are completed accurately and on time.

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related sales documents.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
  • Process customer orders and monitor order progress.
  • Follow up with customers on quotations, project progress, and payment status.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Project, and Design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Schedule site visits, meetings, and project appointments. 
  • Process purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Monitor project timelines and provide customers with regular updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and administrative reports. 
  • Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and after-sales services.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
