Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. 
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an added advantage. 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). 
  • Good filing, documentation, and record management skills. 
  • Able to prepare reports and maintain accurate records. 
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Able to work independently while following instructions effectively. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative and clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations. 
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, records, and filing systems (both physical and digital). 
  • Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents accurately and on time. 
  • Handle data entry and ensure information is updated and maintained accurately. 
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating administrative activities. 
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. 
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on administrative matters. 
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with general office management. 
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures. 
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management.
