Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Custom Die-cut Components Manufacturer
Position Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer
Working Location: Serangoon North
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Review RFQs, recommend processes, and prepare cost estimates.
Design tooling, layouts, and process documents.
Coordinate prototypes, validation, ECNs, and product transfers.
Improve productivity, quality, yield, cost, and cycle time.
Troubleshoot production issues and support corrective actions.
Monitor tooling, equipment, maintenance, and process capability.
Lead continuous improvement and support production teams.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, BOMs, ECNs, work instructions, and ERP systems.
Die-cutting, flexible materials, ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma experience will be advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Hands-on, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
