Kelayakan

  • Diploma in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Operation, Actuarial Science, or other related field.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proactive attitude with problem solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively.

  • Possess good numerical, analytical, problem-solving skill, focused and self motivated.

  • Good in report writing (English and Bahasa Malaysia).

  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and MS Teams.

Tanggungjawab

  • Perform document data control, analysis and systematic record keeping.

  • Compile, record, upload and maintain official procurement documents.

  • Prepare and issue official letters, forms and related documentation to internal departments and vendors.

  • Manage quotations, pricing data and filing via SharePoint and shared folders.

  • Support sourcing administrative activities and special assignments.

  • Assist in audit documentation preparation and compliance activities.

  • Carry out daily administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the superior.
