Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics. Daily tasks include preparing expense reports, handling correspondence, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves screening and prioritizing communications, supporting the preparation of presentations and reports, and ensuring follow-up on action items. The Executive Assistant will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, maintain confidentiality, and support smooth day-to-day communications.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Expense Reports, including accurate tracking, documentation, and reconciliation of expenses.
- Candidates should possess robust Executive Support skills, such as preparing briefings, presentations, and managing confidential information.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with executives, clients, and partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document management, record keeping, and office coordination.
- Relevant qualifications may include a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment are beneficial.
