Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Proposal Engineer di Boilermech Selangor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Review RFPs to understand client requirements and assess the feasibility of the project.

2. Create comprehensive proposals that include technical specifications, project timelines, cost estimates, and risk assessments.

3. Prepare clear and detailed technical documents that support the proposal.

4. Engage with clients to clarify project requirements and gather additional information as needed.

5. Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project to gather necessary information for proposal development.

6. Present proposals to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting the benefits and value of the proposed solution.

7. Address client queries regarding the proposal and make necessary revisions based on feedback.

8. Conduct site visits for preparation of RFPs.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering studies.

2. Preferably candidate with more than 3 years working experience in process plant environment. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for this position.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Possess good interpersonal and presentation skills.

5. Computer literate such Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Words, etc.

6. Enjoy travelling and willing to be based at site.

7. Aggressive, mature, well-organized, result-oriented and able to work under stress.

8. Possess own transport with valid driving license.
