Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Technical Supervisors on site to ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Report directly to the C&S Qualified Person (QP) and Project Manager on site progress, quality, safety, and technical matters.
- Coordinate closely with regulatory authorities, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion.
- Supervise and inspect structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Identify, document, and follow up on non-conforming works, ensuring timely rectification by contractors.
- Oversee and coordinate Civil & Structural (C&S), Architectural, and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) site supervision activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, and construction quality while ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to site supervisors to maintain high standards of supervision and project delivery.
