Role Description The Finance Administrator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the financial operations that underpin Insight Genesis – IGAi’s AI-powered platform. This role includes managing day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance. The Finance Administrator prepares and reviews financial reports, assists with budgeting and forecasting, and supports financial planning processes to ensure accurate, timely information for leadership and stakeholders. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, maintain compliance with relevant policies and regulations, and help optimize resource allocation in line with the company’s strategic objectives. The role also involves identifying process improvements, supporting audits, and using analytical tools to monitor financial performance and risks.

  • Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning, with the ability to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Accounting practices, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and accurate financial recordkeeping.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
  • Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal reporting, and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with accounting or ERP software, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and controls; experience in tech or AI-driven environments is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced setting.
