We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer (Operations) to configure, maintain and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure based on Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Palo Alto, Check Point and Huawei technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Cisco Technologies
- Configure and support Cisco Catalyst switches and routers
- Configure and support routing protocols including OSPF, BGP and EIGRP.
- Configure and support Layer 2 technologies such as VLANs, EtherChannel and VTP.
- Configure and support Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and Cisco Access Points.
Cisco Meraki
- Configure Meraki MS Switches and MR Wireless Access Points.
- Manage Meraki Dashboard, templates, firmware upgrades, and licensing.
- Configure SD-WAN, VPN, Auto VPN, traffic shaping, and security policies.
- Perform cloud-based monitoring and troubleshooting.
Aruba Technologies
- Configure Aruba CX and ArubaOS switches.
- Configure and support Aruba Wireless Access Points and Mobility Controllers.
- Configure Aruba Central and AirWave management platforms.
- Configure and support Aruba ClearPass for Network Access Control (preferred).
Huawei Technologies
- Configure Huawei switches and routers.
- Configure and support Huawei WLAN solutions and AC controllers.
- Configure routing protocols, VLANs, ACLs, QoS, VRRP, and MSTP.
- Manage Huawei eSight network management platform.
- Perform firmware upgrades and troubleshooting.
Configure and support Palo Alto & Check Point Firewall
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network operations and support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, subnetting, routing, switching, and network security.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Huawei, Palo Alto, and Check Point technologies.
- Experience configuring routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
- Good understanding of Layer 2 technologies including VLAN, STP, EtherChannel, and trunking.
- Experience with VPN technologies, SD-WAN, QoS, ACLs, NAT, and high-availability configurations.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of network authentication technologies such as RADIUS, TACACS+, 802.1X, and NAC solutions is preferred.
- Experience with scripting or automation tools (Python, Ansible, PowerShell, or REST APIs) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex network issues.
