Role Description The EHS Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Baharu. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and company standards. Daily tasks include conducting workplace inspections and risk assessments, monitoring environmental and occupational health indicators, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. The EHS Executive will plan and deliver safety training, promote environmental awareness, and support incident reporting and investigation to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance. The role also involves collaborating with operations, facilities, and management teams to ensure compliance, readiness for audits, and a strong safety culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in OSH, Environmental, Engineering, Chemical or other related fields.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in HSE.
• Candidates should possess strong Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Health & Safety skills, with experience in implementing and maintaining EHS management systems.
• Candidates should possess Environmental Awareness and Occupational Health skills, including knowledge of relevant regulations, risk assessment, and control measures.
• Candidates should possess Training skills, with the ability to design and deliver EHS-related programs, briefings, and workshops to diverse teams.
• Candidates should have excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with attention to detail and the ability to influence safe work practices.
• Candidates should have experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, familiarity with ISO standards (such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001), and the ability to work on-site in Johor Baharu.
