Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Production Executive di GS Paperboard & Packaging Pahang - Maukerja

Role Description :

1) To ensure high performance and effectiveness of operations through continuous productivity, process, quality, yield, cost, manpower optimization and development, safe work culture & practice.

2) Optimization of manpower resources to achieve set quality and quantity targets.

3) Ensuring products are made according to specifications, targets and schedule.

4) Smooth running of day-to-day operations and activities in meeting customer’s requirements.

5) Develop and carry out process improvement strategy across Production Department. 

6) Establishment and maintenance of ISO procedure.

7) Prepare routine operational report and document update.

8) Analyze operational data for continuous improvement initiative and process cost reduction exercise.

Requirements :

1) Possess Degree in Industrial, Process or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years of working experience in heavy manufacturing industries; or

2) Diploma/Certificate in Industrial, Process or Manufacturing Engineering with at least 5 years working experience in heavy manufacturing industries.

3) Fresh graduates with good academic results in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering are encouraged to apply.

4) Possess good command of both written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

5) Ability to handle multitasks and meeting datelines.

6) Good communication skills and management skills.

7) Must be able to work under pressure and tough environment.

8) Working knowledge in ISO 9001.

9) Computer literate.
