Position: Junior Field Engineer
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
Key Responsibilities:
Install, test, and commission telecommunications equipment (VSAT, satellite, fibre & wireless systems)
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot network infrastructure
Diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues
Support project implementation, site surveys, and system integration
Monitor system performance and prepare technical reports
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during project execution
Provide technical support to customers when required
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant field experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)
Basic knowledge of telecommunications systems and networking
Willing to travel and work on-site at various locations
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
