Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Field Services Engineer role located in Kulim. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer service. The role involves working with semiconductor customers to ensure the efficient operation of Edwards' products and services.

Qualifications

• Field service, technical support, and customer service skills
• Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with vacuum technology or related fields is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or related field is preferred but not required
• Expecting FSE to work on odd hours and weekend to support customer production.
• Be adaptive and flexible.
