We are looking for a Data Infrastructure & Data Quality Lead to own and elevate the data foundation that powers our bank-wide Analytics, AI, Model, and Reporting capabilities.

As a fast-growing digital bank, our product suite and systems are evolving quickly — and so must our data backbone. We need a leader who can sit at the intersection of business strategy and technical architecture, ensuring our Enterprise Data Infrastructure, Business Datamart, and E2E data pipelines remain the accurate, trusted source of truth for the entire organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the bank's data platform architecture and its reliability end-to-end
• Build and lead the bank-wide Data Quality Control Framework, including issue monitoring and mitigation SOPs
• Translate business logic into data architecture — bridging technical system design with business-driven syntax for seamless downstream consumption
• Lead data engineers and system developers in delivering data quality management functions in line with MAS data management guidelines and internal data policy
• Shape the bank's forward-looking data strategy and capability roadmap
• Drive cross-functional synergy between local Data Product teams and offshore Data Engineering teams
• Champion data adoption across business functions through high-quality, low-friction data sources
• Act as the gatekeeper for consistent, bank-wide data definitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, AI, or related field
• 8+ years in enterprise data / data platform leadership, ideally within banking or regulated financial services
• Strong grasp of data management lifecycle, data architecture, data quality, and metadata management
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and navigating cross-team conflicts
• Track record of driving teams and initiatives independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical, results-driven mindset — comfortable making sound judgment calls amid ambiguity
