Responsibilities

• Assist in daily building operations
• Support the supervision of cleaning, security and maintenance services
• Respond to residents' enquiries professionally
• Conduct site inspections and report maintenance issues
• Prepare basic operational reports
• Participate in the on-call duty rotation

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Building Management, Facilities Management or related fields
• Comfortable working on-site
• Good communication skills
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
• Able to stay in staff accommodation

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per hour
