We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining warehouse standards, and leading the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and issuance of goods.
• Monitor material receiving activities and ensure all records are accurately updated based on Delivery Orders (DO).
• Ensure proper stock arrangement, inventory accuracy, and compliance with the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory system.
• Prepare, verify, and issue goods according to approved requests and supporting documentation.
• Monitor inventory movements, maintain accurate stock balances, and prepare warehouse reports.
• Manage returned and damaged goods, including warranty records, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
• Conduct monthly stock checks and coordinate half-yearly stock take activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and good housekeeping practices.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse assistants/operators to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and warehouse standards.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field. Supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Able to read and write in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
