We are currently looking for a Marketing Country Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career, gain hands-on experience in community marketing, and contribute to Coolmate's continued growth while making a meaningful impact on our sports community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creator Network Development

• Identify, recruit, and onboard creators who align with Coolmate's brand values.
• Build and maintain a strong network of creators across fitness, running, pickleball, lifestyle, and campus communities.
• Develop long-term relationships with creators and monitor collaboration performance.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the creator ecosystem.

2. Affiliate Program Management

• Recruit and manage affiliate partners across TikTok Shop and other ecommerce channels.
• Support affiliates with campaign execution and sales performance.
• Track affiliate performance, revenue contribution, and program effectiveness.
• Recommend commission structures and incentive programs to maximize growth.

3. Campaign Execution & Performance

• Collaborate with the Content & Social Development team to execute creator marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate content delivery and ensure creators meet campaign timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze creator-generated content.
• Develop performance reports and recommend optimization strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Affiliate Marketing, or TikTok Shop operations.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, or ecommerce brands is preferred.
• Background in D2C, Social Commerce, or Creator Agencies is an advantage.
