Job Responsibilities

• Manage the sourcing and monitoring of tender advertisements and quotation notices through government and private tender websites and portals.
• Coordinate tender-related activities via telephone and email with clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare tender and quotation documents for both government and private sector projects in accordance with client requirements.
• Prepare and submit quotations promptly to meet customers' requests and deadlines.
• Plan and implement effective strategies to ensure the smooth execution of tender processes and documentation.
• Manage the preparation, review, updating, and proper filing of all tender-related documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports and carry out additional duties and assignments as instructed by the Management.
• Ensure the proper utilization and updating of the e-Perolehan (eP) system in compliance with operational requirements.
