Job description

• Timely & orderly entry of invoices and claims
• Reconciliation / matching of invoices with supplier statement of account
• Timely & orderly preparation of petty cash listing and voucher
• Preparing all vouchers such as BPV, PCV, PV, BRV, JV, etc
• Managing accounting software
• Proper filing for all documentation
• Other or ad-hoc assignments

Job requirement

• Fresh graduate / diploma or equivalent in accounting
• Ability to work effectively in a team & independent
• Good verbal communication & interpersonal skills
• Integrity & meticulous
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
• Time management and task prioritization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
