Tanggungjawab
1) Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with approved menus and recipes.
2) Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes.
3) Assist in menu development and testing of new recipes where required.
4) Ensure timely food preparation to meet service standards during operations.
5) Maintain stock levels and manage inventory for the assigned kitchen station.
6) Adhere strictly to food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
7) Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients.
8) Monitor food quality and promptly report any issues to the Chef.
9) Work independently with discipline and efficiency
10) Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation
11) Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation
12) Support the Head Chef in menu development and daily operations
Requirement
1) 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hotels or cafe environment
2) Strong technical knowledge of breakfast and hot line operations
3) Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
4) Calm, organised, and hands-on in a small-team environment
5) Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
6) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
7) Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
8) 8)Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred
9) Working Day: 6 Days Per-Week (1 Rest Day)
