Job Overview
We're looking for a proactive and creative person to manage our live hosts while supporting TikTok Ads performance. If you enjoy leading a team, creating engaging live content, and driving sales through TikTok, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Manage and support our Live Hosts during daily operations.
- Prepare live schedules and ensure smooth live sessions.
- Monitor TikTok Ads performance and suggest improvements.
- Train and coach Live Hosts on communication, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
- Create simple live scripts and content ideas together with the marketing team.
- Track team performance and prepare basic weekly/monthly reports.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Live Selling, E-commerce, Digital Marketing or related field.
- Experience leading a team is an added advantage.
- Familiar with TikTok Ads.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
