As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and workers, ensuring work quality, and monitoring project progress according to the project schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and renovation works on site.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports with photos.
• Monitor material usage and site housekeeping.
• Ensure work is completed according to the project timeline.
• Attend site meetings when required.
• Enforce site safety requirements and company procedures.
• Report site issues and propose practical solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or renovation.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply.
• Able to read construction drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Possess own transport and valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel to project sites.
