Job Description

• Manage and coordinate daily inbound and outbound from outlets and B2B customers to be distributed to other departments
• Prepare and process delivery documentation and compliance including packing lists, commercial invoices, delivery orders, and custom documentation while ensuring all paper works meets international and local custom regulations
• Effectively communicate and coordinate through verbal discussions and written correspondence with transport providers, warehouse personnel, and production teams to monitor shipment progress, resolve operational issues, and minimize delays, damages, and stock discrepancies while ensuring service and quality standards are maintained.
• Inventory and data management: to assist person-in-charge in monitoring and updating inventory records to ensure accurate real-time stock movement and outgoing inventory tracking to support smooth logistic operations.
• Documentation management: maintain organized digital and physical filing system for invoices, shipping document, delivery orders, and proof of delivery to ensure accurate record keeping, document traceability, and audit compliance
• ERP and system management: utilize ERP system and Microsoft excel to update and maintain shipment details, inventory transaction, stock movements, and order statuses while ensuring data accuracy, traceability, and smooth logistic operation.
• Team leadership and job training: provide support for daily activities of logistic assistant, warehouse staff, and driver. Additionally, provide on-the-job training, guidance, and operational support to new and existing team members on logistic procedures to improve productivity.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
