Job Vacancy: Project Manager Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and overall performance.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Attend project meetings and represent the company professionally.
• Supervise and provide guidance to site teams and project staff.
• Resolve project issues and make timely decisions to maintain project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project management (construction/engineering industry preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
