Position Summary

The Live Host is responsible for representing UFORA Cosmetics during live streaming sessions across TikTok Shop. This role focuses on engaging audiences, educating customers about products, building brand trust, and driving sales through effective live selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities

* Host engaging live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop according to the company’s schedule.

* Demonstrate and explain UFORA products, including their benefits, ingredients, usage, and key selling points.

* Interact with viewers by answering questions professionally and in real time.

* Drive product sales through persuasive communication and effective closing techniques.

* Create an energetic, interactive, and enjoyable live shopping experience.

* Promote ongoing campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, bundles, and limited-time offers.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to plan live content and promotional strategies.

* Stay updated on all product knowledge, promotions, and frequently asked customer questions.

* Prepare post-live performance reports and recommend improvements for future sessions.

Requirements

* Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

* Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; English proficiency is an advantage.

* Preferred age: Below 30 years old.

* Energetic, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.

* Strong presentation and storytelling skills.

* Passionate about beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.

* Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and campaign periods.

* Experience in live streaming, sales, customer service, or content creation is an advantage.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
