Join Concept First Learning Centre as an Admin Executive to manage front-line communications, support student enrolment, and maintain smooth centre operations across multiple outlets.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead Conversion

Convert walk-in and WhatsApp enquiries into direct enrolment, trial classes or diagnostic consultation sessions.Support lead generation campaigns planned by marketing team

2. Administrative and Service Excellence

Facilitate student onboarding from enquiry to confirmed registrationAttend to day-to-day parent and student queries via WhatsApp and emailExecute routine customer communications such as announcements, reminders, follow-upsTrack class attendance and follow up with absentees and parents

3. Operational Excellence

Carry out centre opening and closing routines; maintain cleanliness of premisesPrepare term lesson materialsManage centre inventory and procurementData entry

Working Hours

Tue–Fri: 1:00pm–9:00pm (includes 1-hour meal break) — net 21 hrs

Sat and Sun: 8:30am–6:30pm (includes 1-hour meal break), with flexibility to swap shifts between Sat/Sun — net 18 hrs

Total: 39 hours/week

Off Days: Monday and a weekend

Location

Mainly at our Clementi outlet which comprises of 2 physical premise 2 mins walk apart.

Depending on company needs, may be deployed occasionally to Marine Parade outlet.

• Nitec and Diploma holders
• 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred

Salary

$2200 - $2800, commensurate with experience.
