  • Market & Opportunity Research
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, including industry trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and regulatory environment to identify potential growth areas and new markets.
  • Assess the feasibility, risks, and profitability of new business initiatives, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
  • Strategy Development & Execution
  • Formulate and implement business expansion plans, market entry strategies, and growth roadmaps for new regions, channels, or product lines.
  • Set clear expansion goals, KPIs, and timelines; track progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
  • Partnership & Relationship Management
  • Identify and negotiate with potential partners, distributors, agents, and key stakeholders to establish mutually beneficial cooperation.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing partners and clients to ensure stable collaboration and business continuity.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Lead end-to-end business development activities, from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Drive sales performance in new markets and contribute directly to achieving company revenue and profit objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, operations, finance, and legal teams to align resources and ensure smooth implementation of expansion projects.
  • Collect market feedback and share insights internally to support product optimization and service improvement.
  • Reporting & Review
  • Prepare regular reports on market developments, expansion progress, project performance, and challenges; present findings and solutions to management.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
