Full Time E-commerce - Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in SKOOL21 PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Operations Executive to manage our online storefronts and support day-to-day fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple platforms, and keen to grow with a small, fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings across Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon Seller Central
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with our warehouse/3PL partner for fulfillment and shipping
• Respond to customer queries and resolve order issues promptly across platforms
• Create simple product photos, graphics, and social media content using Canva or similar tools
• Track basic sales performance and flag issues (stock-outs, delayed shipments, listing errors)
• Support ad hoc marketing and promotional campaigns as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, or Amazon Seller Central (even freelance/personal store experience counts)
• Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools for basic content creation
• Organized, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good written communication for customer service
• Prior e-commerce, retail, or logistics coordination experience is a plus but not required
