Hey there! We’re looking for a Video Editor to join our team.

If you love storytelling, have a great eye for pacing, and know how to make engaging videos without relying on cheesy memes or loud, distracting music, we want to talk to you. You’ll be working closely with Naz, taking raw footage and turning it into polished, exciting content.

This is an office-focused hybrid role. You’ll be based at our co-working space for core editing days and special brand shoots, with options to work from home when the schedule allows.

What you’ll be doing:

• Edit 6-8 Long Videos a Month: A mix of casual vlogs, studio/podcast setups, and fun property walkthroughs following Naz around.
• Make it Flow: We love smooth, logical storytelling. You know how to weave a video together naturally without sudden, awkward cuts.
• Make it Visual: If Naz mentions a specific distance or location, you know how to pop a clean screenshot of a map or helpful graphic on screen so the audience can follow along easily.
• Chop It Up for Socials: Extract 2 punchy, dedicated Short/Reel clips out of every long video you edit.
• Join the Shoots: Follow us on-site occasionally to help capture great footage and B-roll.

What we provide:

• Full premium access to CapCut Pro and Envato Elements for all your stock footage, templates, transitions, and background music needs.

What we’re looking for:

• You know Malaysia well: Since our content is local, you should naturally know our roads, culture, and buildings. (We don't want the wrong highway showing up on screen when Naz is talking about a specific area!)
• Great taste in music: You know how to pick the right background tracks that hook the viewer, without drowning out the talking.
• Hardware & Software skills: You own a reliable, fast editing laptop and comfortable with your choice of editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut Desktop, etc.). 
• Vlog & Property Tour experience: You understand the pacing needed for lifestyle vlogs and moving property tours.

Remuneration & Structure:

• Monthly Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,000 (Commensurate with portfolio strength and editing speed).
• Employment Type: Full-time, Focused Hybrid (Core office collaboration days alongside Naz at our co-working space + flexible work-from-home periods).
