About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated Business Transformation Analysts to support a strategic operational improvement initiative within a growing retail and grocery business. The successful candidates will work closely with senior management and project leaders to analyse business operations, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, other related disciplines.

Remuneration

• Monthly Base Salary between RM5,000 to RM6,500.
• Project Performance Bonuses
