Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Pharmacist will dispense and supply medications accurately, review prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness, and provide medication counseling to patients and caregivers. This role includes collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals on medication therapy management, dosing, and drug interactions. The Pharmacist will monitor inventory, ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals, and support procurement to maintain adequate stock levels. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards, participating in clinical audits, and contributing to medication safety and quality improvement initiatives.
