As our business continues to expand, we're looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. If you're passionate about engineering, sales, and building long-term customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of the company's sales strategy and sales plans.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Promote STB's products and solutions through exhibitions, customer visits, and business development activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer project requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Plan and conduct business trips and customer visits to strengthen relationships and drive project success.
• Execute company sales policies and provide valuable market feedback and recommendations.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Fermentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in food processing equipment or industrial machinery.
• Experience in dairy, beverage, juice, jam, food processing, biopharmaceutical, or fine chemical production equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong passion for sales with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
