This is a full-time on-site role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Technical Writer. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing technical documentation, including manuals, guidelines, and specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with technical teams to understand complex systems, translating technical concepts into clear and concise content, and ensuring documentation meets industry standards. The Technical Writer will also ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and user-friendly, enabling effective communication of technical information to diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in Technical Communication, Technical Writing, and Documentation
• Experience in preparing Technical Documentation and Manuals
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable, user-friendly content
• Attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in relevant tools for technical writing and document formatting
• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in software development or ERP systems is an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
