Full Time Specialist, Pricing Jobs, in Edotco Group - Maukerja

Job Purpose

• Develop and implement pricing model(s) and strategy for EDOTCO Group and its subsidiaries in line with its business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop Pricing Model(s) for existing and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business & Commercial team to develop and build pricing strategies for existing and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Contract (MLA) and Commercial Management team to implement commercial terms into the Master Lease Agreement.
• Prepare detailed presentation for internal pricing projects for Management.
• Develop financial models for valuation and business planning purposes.
• Perform comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research and understand competitive dynamics and strategies of industry players, technical and differentiated capabilities.

Qualification, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
• A Master’s degree or a professional certification (e.g CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• At least 8+ years prior experience of pricing / financial modelling in relevant / similar industries.
• Proficient in financial modelling with the ability to interpret and evaluate financial data. Experience with pricing and valuation is a plus.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Python and SQL would be an added advantage.
• Possesses high level of drive and initiative, with ability to manage and lead pricing execution.
• Experience within tower infrastructure, telecommunication/mobile network industry, or any other infrastructure industry (e.g. data center, fiber) is an added advantage.
• Possess strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Experience and knowledge in Valuation and Financial Modelling.
• Advanced proficiency in using financial analysis software, spreadsheets, presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft in PowerPoint and Excel) and data analytics software/tools such as Python, SQL and PowerBI.
• Analytical & Critical thinking skills and is process oriented.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Meticulous, strong team player with an inquisitive mind, excellent people skills, driven, independent, reliable, and highly adaptable to changes.
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding & knowledge of the telecommunications & infrastructure industry is an added advantage.
• Strong commercial sense and skills to be able to craft the value proposition from the technical to commercial.
• Fair knowledge on next gen infra solutions but not limited to small cells, C-RAN, Fiber etc.
• Fair knowledge on digitalization initiatives and relevant architecture to craft dashboard for commercial management activities.
