Role Focus

This structured operations role is designed for organised and detail-oriented students who are looking to gain practical, résumé-relevant experience in a professional environment.

You will contribute to the daily coordination of key business processes, supporting operational workflows where accuracy, consistency, and dependable execution are essential.

What You'll Do

  • Review documents, verify information, and complete administrative follow-up tasks.
  • Coordinate schedules, confirmations, reminders, and day-to-day operational activities.
  • Maintain accurate records across Excel trackers, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
  • Prepare operational resources such as templates, checklists, and simple business summaries.
  • Organise and maintain digital files to ensure information remains accurate, accessible, and ready for handover.
