This role is responsible formanaging technical competency assessment activities, supporting learning needsanalysis, administering training and certification programmes, and ensuring theeffective operation of learning management systems (LMS)

Skills/Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration,Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, Education, BusinessOperations, or related discipline.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in trainingadministration, learning operations, HR administration or Learning &Development support functions. Experience in LMS administration is preferred.
