Unix System Administrator (RHEL/Linux) | 3–5 Years | Malaysia

We are hiring an experienced Unix System Administrator to join our Service Build Engineering team. If you have hands-on experience in Linux/Unix server administration, server provisioning, Shell scripting, and production support, we'd like to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain RHEL, Unix, and Linux servers.
• Perform server provisioning (manual or automated).
• Install, configure, and maintain enterprise servers.
• Troubleshoot operating system and server-related issues.
• Perform server upgrades, migrations, and patching activities.
• Support applications hosted on Unix/Linux servers.
• Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation.
• Work independently to resolve production incidents and system issues.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Unix/Linux System Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux).
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Experience in Shell Scripting.
• Experience with server provisioning and server build activities.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for OS and server-related issues.
• Experience with server upgrades and production support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated server provisioning.
• Exposure to Solaris environments.
• Good understanding of enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
