Kerja Sepenuh Masa SMT Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di IoTronix Technologies Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Operating and troubleshooting SMT machines, PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) related equipment, and other relevant offline equipment.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, calibration, and lubrication.
• Identifying and resolving equipment issues, potentially involving parameter setting, electrical or mechanical repairs.
• Programming and Line Setup/Changeover:
• Programming and debugging SMT machines and related equipment.
• Able to perform basic modifying programs for SMT machines, including solder paste printers(eg. MPM), pick-and-place equipment(eg. Fuji NXT III etc…), laser engraving,
• Setting up and adjusting SMT machines for different product lines and changeovers.
• Ensuring adherence to SMT process requirements and quality standards.
• Monitoring production quality, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
• Performing quality checks and tests, including solderability tests and SPC/Profile measurements.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Supporting process engineering with process and equipment improvements.
• Collaborating with other technicians and engineers.
• Following established procedures and guidelines.
• May also be involved in spares part inventory management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Engineers and Management.

Education:

• Certificate/Diploma in Engineering (Electronics/Mechatronics).

Experience:

• Relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in SMT & PCBA (Fuji NXT).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
