Tanggungjawab

Purpose: Handle admin, follow-up, and support tasks so the Sales Advisor can focus on engaging customers and closing deals.

Location : Bandar Dato Onn, JB

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to walk-in customers before handing off to the Sales Advisor for closing
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and order paperwork
  • Follow up with customers on delivery status, payment, and after-sales queries
  • Update CRM/lead tracker and manage customer records
  • Coordinate with warehouse/production on order status and delivery timelines
  • Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
  • Handle basic customer inquiries via phone/WhatsApp, routing serious leads to the Sales Advisor

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or SPM/Diploma holders welcome
  • Organized, good with follow-up and admin tasks
  • Comfortable with basic computer/WhatsApp Business tools
  • Friendly, customer-facing manner

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
