HR & Admin Executive (Foreigner)
Job Summary
The HR & Admin Executive (Foreigner) is responsible for managing all matters related to foreign workers, including recruitment coordination, permits, hostels, payroll support, and compliance with government regulations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth foreign workforce operations within a manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesForeign Worker Management
- Manage end-to-end foreign worker processes (recruitment coordination, arrival, deployment)
- Handle work permit applications, renewals, cancellation, and repatriation
- Liaise with relevant authorities (Immigration, Labour Department, agencies)
- Monitor passport validity, PLKS, FOMEMA, insurance, and levy payments
- Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections
- Support payroll preparation for foreign workers (attendance, OT, allowances)
- Assist in statutory and compliance documentation
- Handle employee inquiries related to salary, permits, and accommodation
- Coordinate hostel arrangements and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Manage foreign worker welfare, discipline, and attendance issues
- Conduct briefing and orientation for foreign employees
- Prepare reports on foreign worker headcount, permit status, and costs
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies
- Support HR audits and government inspections
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience handling foreign worker matters
- Strong knowledge of Immigration, Labour Department, and foreign worker regulations
- Experience in manufacturing or factory environment preferred
- Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
