Project Administrators assist Project Manager/ Project Administrator Executive.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate all sub-contractors, inspection, etc.
• Prepare and provide documentation for the Project Team.
• Act as the point of contact for Project Team.
• Must have the ability to organize and focus.
• Propensity for multi-tasking.
• Assist Project Manager/ Project Administrator Executive in all administration functions and processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of organization information
• Prepare, organize and distribute all necessary project materials.
• Keep Project Manager/ Project Administrator Executive informed on any customer problems/opportunities timely.
• Record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Carry out Ad Hoc task or projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by the superior/ the Company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project administration or administrative support (experience in the data centre, construction, engineering, or M&E industry is an advantage).
• Experience in preparing reports, maintaining project documentation, and handling administrative records.
• Willing to work at project sites when required.
• Possess own transport; willing to travel within Klang Valley & JB.
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
