Outlet Manager – Tannin Hill Café

Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500 per month (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Managing the daily operations of the café.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the front-of-house and service team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and overall performance.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to uphold Tannin Hill Café's service standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor daily sales, labour costs, and operating expenses to achieve business targets.
• Oversee inventory, stock ordering, stock receiving, and stock control to minimise wastage.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and health regulations.
• Assist in staff scheduling and manpower planning.
• Prepare daily reports, stock reports, and other operational documentation.
• Support marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a café, restaurant, or F&B environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
