About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our growing logistics and shipping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, operations, and warehouse teams.

Candidates with warehouse operations knowledge will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate import and export shipment activities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, bookings, and shipment documentation.
• Liaise with shipping lines, agents, transporters, and customers.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely status updates.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and operational documentation.
• Support warehouse coordination whenever required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or warehouse operations.
• Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good organisational and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge or experience in warehouse operations will be an added advantage.
