Key Responsibilities:

• Handle first-line incident triage and resolution for Tableau and BI applications.
• Resolve Tableau issues, including broken extracts, slow-performing reports, access issues, and data discrepancies.
• Support Power BI reports and dataflow troubleshooting.
• Perform SQL-based data validation and investigate BI incidents.
• Escalate complex issues to the Senior BI Lead when required.
• Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLA timelines.
• Support CCPA compliance in data handling activities.
• Maintain Tableau documentation, including extract schedules, data source inventory, and dashboard registers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the stability and availability of BI platforms.

Requirements:

Mandatory Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a BI Engineer or in Business Intelligence support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Experience supporting Power BI dashboards and dataflows.
• Strong SQL Server querying and data validation skills.
• Experience troubleshooting BI platform incidents.
• Knowledge of CCPA data handling practices.
• Experience managing high-volume incident queues.
• Ability to work within defined SLA timelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Snowflake.
• Experience with Typo3 CMS.
• Experience working with Snowflake, SQL Server, and AWS data sources.
• Tableau performance tuning and extract optimization.
• Experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
