Job Summary

BlueSky Resources Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Scheduler / Planner to support the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, identifying potential delays, and working closely with project teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules from tender stage through project completion.
• Prepare baseline schedules, work programmes, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
• Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and identify potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to obtain progress updates.
• Analyse schedule variances and recommend corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-Curves, dashboards, and schedule analyses.
• Ensure project schedules comply with contract requirements and company standards.
• Support tender planning by preparing preliminary construction schedules and resource plans.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and provide schedule updates.
• Maintain accurate project planning documentation and records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project planning or scheduling within the construction industry.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of construction methodology, project sequencing, and critical path scheduling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure or government construction projects.
• Familiarity with project reporting, earned value analysis, and progress measurement.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
