Tanggungjawab
1. Documentation & Records management – Maintain and update FSSC and engineering documents such as drawings, manuals, SOPs, equipment files, and maintenance records in both hardcopy and digital systems.
2. Work Order and CMMS support - Create, update, and close work orders in the CMMS; track job status, maintenance history, and ensure data accuracy for engineering and maintenance activities.
3. Spare Parts & - Prepare purchase requisition in M3, track quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, delivery order and invoices and support basic supplier coordination. Perform receiving & issuing of spare part for maintenance & other activities and generating of GRV via M3 system and filing
4. Inventory Coordination - Managing optimum inventory and maintaining stock accuracy. Liaise with Finance personnel or auditor to perform stock figure update, reconciliation and stock take related activities
5. Scheduling & Coordination Support - Support engineers and technicians by coordinating maintenance schedules, contractor visits, site access, permits, and follow-up on action items.
6. Reporting & Administrative Support - Compile engineering reports (breakdown, preventive maintenance, KPIs), prepare meeting minutes, and provide general administrative support to the engineering team.
7. Safeguarding occupational health and safety standards of the workforce
8. Responsible to report food safety issues or concerns at the workplace to your superior
9. To perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
